This page lists the controls ProElectricRig operates today. We do not publish certifications, licences, audits, reserve attestations or customer counts that we cannot evidence.

Account security

Email verification is required before an account is treated as active.
Password sign-in is complemented by optional time-based two-factor authentication with backup codes.
Security alerts are raised in-app for sensitive account changes.

Authentication

Email/password and Google sign-in are supported, with sessions persisted securely in the browser.
Active sessions can be reviewed and revoked from the security centre.
Password reset runs through a one-time, expiring recovery link.

Identity verification

Identity verification is completed through a guided, step-by-step flow.
Submitted documents are stored privately and are readable only by the account owner and reviewers.
Verification status is required before withdrawals are released.

Data protection

Customer records are isolated per account with row-level access rules enforced by the database.
All traffic is served over HTTPS.
Administrative actions are written to an audit log.

Wallet operations

Private keys are never entered, stored or displayed in this interface.
Deposits are matched to a submitted transaction reference and confirmed before crediting.
Every withdrawal request is queued for operational review before release.

Infrastructure & operations

Mining sites are monitored for load, temperature, uptime and hashrate.
Access to administrative tooling is limited by explicit role assignment.
Incidents affecting service are published on the status page.

Returns are guaranteed, not fixed and risk-free. Review the risk disclosure, terms of service and privacy policy before investing.
